El Mirador is a beautiful and spacious house with private swimming pool located in a residential area of Sant Feliu de Guíxols next to the centre of the village. It is in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxing holiday and has parking, air conditioning, wifi and has wonderful views of the town that lies at the foot of its terraces.
This spectacular accommodation has more than 350 m2 of living space and more than 50 m2 of swimming pool.
The property is of contemporary construction and has been subsequently refurbished, made with good quality materials and has plenty of complements that will make you enjoy an enviable and charming holiday.
When you arrive at your destination you can drive your car into the property and drive up to the front door of the house or park it at the entrance of the estate.
When you enter the house you immediately realise the majesty of this construction, with large spaces and many rooms. We pass the entrance hall to access the large living room next to one of the dining rooms, with access to the terraces that have one of the best views over the city. Next to it we have the large kitchen with its cooking island, dining table, and all kinds of complements. Apart from intermediate rooms for different uses, on the same floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper floor is the suite, the star of the house, with its own terrace.
Outside there is a magnificent barbecue built on site next to an outdoor dining area very close to the swimming pool and the shade. This pool is overflowing and is surrounded by a very generous terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful views already mentioned. The rest of the exteriors are set in a garden, terraces and recreation area.

The location of El Mirador, situated in the centre of the Costa Brava, will help to make your stay even more pleasant.
