The house is located in an environment that allows easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, the Villa is located in the urbanization Mas Pere de Calonge, 6 km from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge.
Villa with private pool, and a large garden, with lots of privacy, on the main floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped independent kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. From the dining room there are stairs to an upper floor where we find a room with a double bed and a toilet. It also has a wide list of services and additional amenities:
