Palàdium is a modern and spacious house with private swimming pool located in a residential area of Santa Cristina de Aro and very close to nature, in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxing holiday. It has wifi, outdoor chill out area and a large lawn area surrounded by garden.
This spectacular property has 300 m2 of living space and 24 m2 of swimming pool.
The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of complements that will make you enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday.
When you enter the house you find a very spacious living area next to the dining room, with direct access to the kitchen, direct access to the swimming pool and views to the upper floor. On the lower floor we also have a suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom and another bathroom. From the suite we also have direct access to the swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. On the upper floor we have two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a sitting area with table and chairs, open with views to the lower floor.
The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, benches and lounge chairs where you can enjoy a relaxing snack.
On the other side of the house there is a large garden with a lovely chill out area.
The décor is modern and fresh and contributes to the feeling of being treated well by the surroundings, which together with the pool area and chill out area will make for an unforgettable holiday.

The house is situated between the town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and the Ardenya mountains. From here you will find the best beaches and coves in the area just 3 km away, as well as the best mountain routes from the house itself. The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourism activities with an exceptional range of adventure sports, nature, shopping, commercial centres and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a diversity of Michelin-starred restaurants as well as local and international cuisine
